Job summary

Smilebay Signature, a leading dental centre in Penang, seeks a Customer Service Executive to warmly welcome patients, manage registrations, and coordinate appointments from its Bayan Lepas clinic. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, retail, healthcare or a dental clinic is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Friendly, patient and confident when communicating with people.
• Good command of English and Mandarin; additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable using computers, messaging applications and basic office systems.
• Organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Willing to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist them with registration and check-in.
• Manage appointments, reminders, rescheduling and patient follow-ups.
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Explain general clinic services, procedures, promotions and payment options clearly.
• Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to maintain an efficient patient flow.
• Handle payments, receipts and basic administrative records accurately.
• Maintain updated and confidential patient information.
• Follow up with potential and existing patients to support appointment conversion and retention.
• Resolve patient concerns calmly, professionally and with empathy.
• Assist with other front-desk and clinic administrative duties when required.
