Job summary

Unibexs Sdn Bhd is seeking a Partnership Executive to drive partner growth and enrollments through strategic collaborations. You will identify, recruit, and develop education partners, while building long-term relationships that sustain monthly enrollment targets.

You will manage onboarding, activation, and ongoing support to ensure partners generate student referrals and enrollments via the Unibexs platform. This role emphasizes performance and growth in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in partnership/business development, sales, account management, or related roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong networking, influencing, and relationship-management abilities.
• Experience identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and activating new partners.
• Results-driven with ability to work toward targets and performance goals.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to execute with speed and ownership.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable representing Unibexs at meetings, events, and networking activities.
• Passionate about business growth, partnerships, and creating long-term value.
• HR-related qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop qualified education partners within the assigned market.
• Manage partner onboarding, activation, and ongoing support to drive referrals and enrollments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners for ongoing engagement and productivity.
• Contribute to student enrollments through partner channels and help meet monthly targets.
• Monitor partner performance, analyze results, and implement improvement actions.
• Maintain accurate records of partner activities and referrals in company systems.
• Represent Unibexs professionally and collaborate with internal teams per policies.
