Job summary

MTR Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify offline marketing opportunities, build partnerships, and drive collaborations with companies, communities, and schools to grow our presence.

You will liaise with management and marketing, generate leads, attend events, and prepare simple reports on activities and outcomes. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and event coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Proven track record in business development and event marketing.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source offline marketing opportunities, events, exhibitions, community activities, and corporate programmes.
• Research and approach potential companies, organisations, communities, schools, clubs, and associations for collaboration opportunities.
• Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies, community leaders, and potential business partners.
• Explore opportunities for corporate events, health programmes, roadshows, sponsorships, and collaborations.
• Represent the company at events, networking sessions, and community activities.
• Coordinate and participate in company events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Generate new leads and follow up with potential clients to convert opportunities into business.
• Maintain a database of potential companies, contacts, events, and partnership opportunities.
• Work closely with Management and the Marketing team to develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare simple reports on leads, contacts, events, and business development activities.
• Support and participate in marketing activities, networking events, exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives.
