Job summary

HJJ GO SDN BHD is expanding its education partnerships in Malaysia and seeks a Junior Business Development Executive to drive school and education collaborations. You will contact schools, tuition centres, kindergartens, and education organisations to introduce programmes and identify new partners.

The role includes arranging meetings with principals and administrators, following up on leads, and supporting proposal and trial activities. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making calls and approaching new organisations.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Willingness to learn and be proactive.
• Independent organisation and task follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Contact schools, tuition centres, kindergartens and education organisations to introduce our programmes.
• Assist in identifying and developing potential education partners.
• Arrange meetings with principals, teachers, school administrators and education centre owners.
• Follow up with potential partners via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Visit schools and education centres around Puchong, Subang, Klang and nearby areas as needed.
• Assist with proposals, trial classes, school activities and partnership programmes.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and progress.
• Collaborate with management to develop new partnerships.
• Gradually take ownership of selected partnerships as experience grows.

Junior Business Development Executive (Education / School Partnerships)

This role supports the growth of school and education partnerships. You will contact schools, tuition centres, kindergartens and education organisations to introduce programmes, identify and develop potential education partners, and arrange meetings with principals, teachers, school administrators and education centre owners. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Contact schools, tuition centres, kindergartens and education organisations to introduce our programmes
• Assist in identifying and developing potential education partners
• Arrange meetings with principals, teachers, school administrators and education centre owners
• Follow up with potential partners through phone calls, WhatsApp and email
• Visit schools and education centres around Puchong, Subang, Klang and nearby areas when required
• Assist with proposals, trial classes, school activities and partnership programmes
• Maintain organised records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and partnership progress
• Work closely with the management team to develop new school partnerships
• Gradually take ownership of selected partnerships as you gain experience

About you

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making phone calls and approaching new organisations
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Mandarin proficiency is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking parents and school partners
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
• Able to organise and follow up on tasks independently
• Own transport is preferred as the role may involve travelling to schools and education centres
• Experience in sales, education, events, customer service or business development will be an advantage but is not required
