Job summary

Victoria World Academy in Johor Bahru seeks a Business Development Manager to drive student recruitment across Malaysia. You will build and manage our education-agent partner network, execute partnerships, deliver recruitment events, nurture relationships with agents, prospective students and parents, and provide actionable market insights.

You will deliver enrolment KPIs and build high-value partnerships for our institution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 5–8 years’ hands-on experience in Malaysia international-education BD and student recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and manage Malaysian education-agent partners.
• Train and brief agents on K12, foundation and International Year One programmes.
• Drive lead generation and student conversion from partner network.
• Represent the institution at education exhibitions and recruitment events.
• Collaborate with admissions, academic and operations to streamline enrolments.
