Job summary

IDP Education, a global leader in international education services, is hiring a Business Development Executive in Penang. You will focus on building relationships with private schools, colleges, and universities, while driving lead generation and student placements across Penang, Kedah, and Ipoh.

The role requires strong sales drive, CRM familiarity, and excellent communication within a dynamic, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (any discipline) is required.
• Strong sales orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in developing business plans, market mapping, budgets, and progress reporting.
• CRM experience is desirable.
• Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, and respect for diversity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of BD to plan and execute lead generation activities.
• Develop market mapping, location visits, and progress updates.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service to partner institutions.
• Support the sales management process and contribute to business development plans.
