Job summary

Unibexs Sdn Bhd is seeking a University Relations Specialist to build and maintain university partnerships, verify information, update records, and support onboarding of new partners.

You will track tuition fees, scholarships, commissions, and partner agreements, ensuring accurate, structured data across CRM systems and databases while collaborating with Growth, Success, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communication, Marketing, Education, International Relations, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, or a recent graduate with demonstrated leadership, initiative, and involvement in university organisations, internships, projects, or extracurricular activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to communicate professionally across email, messaging platforms, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
• Confident representing Unibexs with universities and external stakeholders.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Self-driven and able to work independently while improving processes.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in Malay is an advantage; other languages are plus.
• Malaysian candidates preferred; exceptional international candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with university representatives and international offices.
• Communicate with universities to verify information, obtain updates, and follow up on missing details.
• Support onboarding of new university partners and expand the university network.
• Research potential universities and programs, evaluate partnerships, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Maintain and track university commission structures, payment terms, and partnership agreements; assist with comparisons and negotiation preparation.
• Share updates with Growth, Partner Success, and Product teams for informed internal communication.
• Develop SOPs, report inaccuracies, and propose improvements to university processes.
• Maintain and update university information including tuition fees, scholarships, programs, entry requirements, and intakes.
• Monitor changes to programs and deadlines to keep information current.
• Organize university data in structured formats for easy access by education agents.
