Job summary

Schneider Electric in Malaysia is seeking a Senior BMS/EPMS Application Engineer to lead deployment of building management and energy management systems across projects in the region.

You will guide technical discussions with clients, design integrated HVAC/EMS solutions, and manage engineering deliverables from design through FAT, installation and commissioning. Collaboration with global teams and suppliers is essential to deliver profitable, compliant projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Engineering required.
• 5 years leading technical projects or as a Solution Application Engineer for large international projects.
• Experience with PLC, SCADA and DDC systems.
• Knowledge of data center or mission critical facilities design, operation and maintenance.
• Ability to lead with agility across functional and remote teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of BMS/EPMS applications in Malaysia.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and coordinate with Project Manager.
• Design and approve integrated HVAC/EMS solutions leveraging Schneider Electric products.
• Produce system architecture, interfacing points, schedules, drawings, and graphics.
• Master project execution from design to FAT, installation and commissioning.
• Collaborate with global teams and suppliers to ensure compliant, profitable delivery.
• Manage risks, budgets, and change controls to maximize project margin.
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting to stakeholders.
