Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of international project procurement experience across tender and execution phases.
• 10+ years sourcing across Southeast Asia and China with contract management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure solutions including MV/LV, switchgear and transformers.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive negotiations to closure.
• Willingness to travel APAC and occasionally Europe or India.

Aufgaben

• Own and deliver assigned order intake, revenue, growth, and profitability targets for Process Automation in Malaysia.
• Identify, qualify, and create opportunities to build a healthy pipeline with customers.
• Lead customer-facing commercial discussions and support negotiations with Account Managers.
• Influence specifications and investment strategies through early engagement and value-based positioning.
• Position Siemens portfolio to stakeholders across plant, operations, engineering, and EPC teams.
• Develop modernization roadmaps and monitor market trends and investment plans.
• Enable sales with portfolio insights and collaborate with technical and service teams.
