Job summary

The Contrast Club in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Part Time Customer Experience Associate who genuinely enjoys taking care of people and creating memorable experiences. You will welcome members, guide first-time visitors, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

You will assist with bookings and memberships, serve beverages when needed, monitor guest comfort, and support events and engagement while upholding high presentation standards. English fluency is helpful; hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, cafés, fitness facilities, hotels, wellness centres or retail is preferred.
• Ability to welcome guests and maintain high presentation standards.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

The Contrast Club (TCC) | Kuala Lumpur

The Contrast Club is Malaysia's first premium social recovery club, combining sauna, cold plunges, a hot magnesium pool, recovery, coffee, and community under one roof.

We're looking for a Customer Experience Associate who genuinely enjoys taking care of people and creating memorable experiences. This role goes beyond reception duties—you'll be one of the faces of TCC and play a key part in shaping our member experience.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and check in members and guests
• Guide first-time visitors through the TCC experience
• Ensure the recovery areas remain clean, safe, and inviting
• Assist with bookings, memberships, and enquiries
• Serve beverages and light refreshments when required
• Monitor guest comfort and proactively assist where needed
• Support events, community activities, and member engagement
• Maintain high standards of presentation and hospitality throughout the club

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, fitness facilities, hotels, wellness centres, customer service, or retail is preferred but not essential. We value attitude and character above experience.
