• Welcome members, guests, corporate clients, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.


• Assist in delivering exceptional customer service across all customer touchpoints.


• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information regarding the Club's facilities, services, events, and membership offerings.

Membership & Customer Administration

• Assist in membership administration, customer registrations, and database management.


• Support reservation and booking processes for meeting rooms, event spaces, wellness facilities, karaoke suites, and other club facilities.

Club Operations

• Assist with the daily operations of Tower Club Penang to ensure smooth service delivery.


• Support operational coordination across various facilities within the Club.

Food & Beverage Operations

• Support food and beverage service during daily operations, meetings, corporate functions, networking events, and private events.


• Assist in coordinating event setups and guest requirements.


• Assist in promoting Club facilities, membership programmes, events, and lifestyle experiences.


• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and social media initiatives.


• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
