Job summary

ANN XING CONFINEMENT HOME is seeking a Customer Experience Executive in Penang to ensure guests enjoy a warm, comfortable and memorable visit at our Wellness Centre. You will coordinate appointments, maintain daily service arrangements and support clients while collaborating with the wellness team to deliver outstanding service.

Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Independent and able to make decisions

Experience handling newborn babies is an added advantage but not essential
