Ban Lee Heng Motor Sdn. Bhd. in Seremban is seeking a Parts Controller to coordinate all storage activities, manage stock integrity, and support service operations.

The role handles documentation, back order follow-up, and inventory control to meet Honda quality assurance standards. Your responsibilities include parts ordering using the POTS, monitoring inventory levels, and preparing reports while liaising with Service Advisors on arrivals.

Qualificações

• Diploma in automotive/mechanical or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
• Strong written and spoken English and Malay.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all storage activities to ensure stock integrity and 5S housekeeping.
• Handle documentation and filling systems; follow up back orders with Honda/partner.
• Assist in inventory control: plan service parts orders, check levels, and prepare required reports.
• Record and circulate relevant information to related team members.

Coordinate all storage activities to ensure parts operation performance achieving the target given by principal.
To handle documentation and filling system
To follow up with HSMB with back order status
To circulate HMSB information to all related member
To assist in the inventory control and storage activities such as plan service parts order, checking inventory level, update record, prepare report required by the principal and filing
Responsible for receiving and storage operation as well as ensuring integrity of stock inventory
To ensure parts storage maintenance, cleanliness, safety and housekeeping (5S)
To conduct parts ordering based on Parts
Ordering Tracking Sheet (POTS) and regularly update to Service Advisor upon parts arrival

JobRequirements:

• Minimum Diploma in automotive/mechanical, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent
• IT literate
• Proficient in business & office applicant
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must
• Proficient in business and office applications
• Possess good written & communication skills in English and Malay
• Must undergo training at Honda to ensure he/she able to achieve Honda high quality assurance in parts and accessories

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7am-5pm(Including OT)
