Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a logistics coordination professional in Kabong, Sarawak. The role involves delegating tasks to sorters and drivers, receiving inbound parcels from linehaul, and coordinating daily activities to ensure timely delivery.

You will monitor driver behavior, support the fleet team with deployments and training, and report KPI compliance while upholding safety SOPs for in-hub parcel collection. Candidates in Kabong will be prioritized.

Qualifications

Legally allowed to work in Sarawak based on state law requirements.
Candidates based in Kabong, Sarawak are encouraged to apply.
Rotational shift pattern with 45 working hours weekly; overtime if required.
Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on headcount.
Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service.
Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable.
Monitor and report KPI compliance.
Ensure compliance of safety policies and standard operating procedures for in-hub parcel collection.
