Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Excel skills required

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers based on headcount
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
• Coordinate daily activities with drivers to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor driver behavior to maintain high customer service
• Assist fleet team lead with deployment and training of new drivers
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure safety policies and SOPs for in-hub parcel collection
