Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Subang Jaya invites interns studying Business & Logistics to join our Ocean Freight team. You will learn from senior experts and gain hands-on exposure to billing, invoicing, and data collection within the department.

We expect a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Business, plus familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Proficiency in English is required. The internship starts Sep 2026 onwards and offers a monthly allowance.

Qualifications

Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
Part-time experience dealing with customers is a plus.
Ability to compose, speak and dress professionally in English.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support for Billing activities under direct supervision.
Ensure generation of invoices for timely delivery and accuracy.
Collect, compile, and file data for Billing activities.
Prepare and finalize due bills accurately.
Resolve routine issues and escalate to supervisor if needed.
Generate invoices based on purchase orders.
Interact with colleagues within own team.
