Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Malaysia is offering an internship within the Industrial Project Department for Business & Logistics students. You will learn from senior experts and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the department.

During the internship you will perform billing tasks, data entry in CW1 CES, and support cost auditing while collaborating with the FICO Credit Control team. Aug 2026 start in Medini Iskandar, JB.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong numerical ability for audits.
• Problem-solving and proactive attitude.
• Ability to handle large data sets and reporting.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Bill/invoice customers accurately and on time per KPI.
• Troubleshoot customer invoice disputes/queries.
• Collaborate with FICO Credit Control to resolve invoicing issues.
• Fill customer contracts in CW1/Share Folder.
• Audit costing and prepare Billing Instructions for final charges.
• Enter and capture all carriers/suppliers/vendors into CW1 CES.
• Prepare customer reports when requested.

During this internship, you would be learning from our senior experts. Your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of Industrial Project.

• To bill / invoice customer accurately and on timely manner as per customer billing KPI set if required
• To trouble shoot customer invoice dispute / query
• To work with FICO - Credit Control team if necessary to resolve invoicing issues. Ensure accuracy in rating and data entry on CW1.
• Responsible for customers' contract filling in the CW1 / Share Folder
• Audit costing and prepare Billing Instruction for final charges to invoice customer.
• Enter and capture all carriers/suppliers/vendors/DGF Networks cost into CW1 CES
• To prepare customer report if requested/required.

Requirements

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Sharp in numbers during audit process
• Pro-action in problem solving.
• Ability to handle large quantities of data (reporting)
• Good management and motivational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• This internship is in Medini Iskandar, JB.
• Looking for intern who can join in Aug 2026 onwards.
