Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is offering an internship in the Industrial Project Department in Medini Iskandar, JB. You will learn from senior experts and gain hands-on experience across various areas of the department.

Responsibilities include billing, invoicing, data entry in CW1 CES, and preparing customer reports. Candidates should be pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics with English proficiency and strong analytical skills. Internship starts in Aug 2026 onwards.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics with minor in logistics and supply chain.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical skills and numerical accuracy.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Bill/invoice customers accurately and timely per KPI.
• Troubleshoot customer invoice disputes/queries.
• Coordinate with FICO Credit Control to resolve invoicing issues.
• Maintain contract filings in CW1/Share Folder.
• Audit costing and prepare Billing Instructions for final charges.
• Enter and capture all costs into CW1 CES.
• Prepare customer reports when requested.
