Job summary

Infore Enviro is seeking a proactive sales professional in Kuala Lumpur to drive territory development for airborne equipment. You will lead bidding and tendering projects, coordinate cross-functional resources, and develop competitive strategies to win new business.

Analyze regional market needs, monitor competitors, and implement sales action plans while managing accounts and collections. Willingness to travel overseas and adapt to a flexible working model is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree or above, marketing or mechanical engineering preferred.
• At least 2+ years of sales experience in aerial work platforms or similar equipment.
• Proficiency in English for business negotiations; local language skills a plus.
• Familiar with the Lead-to-Cash process and bid/tender execution.

Job description

• Territory Development: Independently manage sales activities within the assigned territory, develop new customers, maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve sales and collection targets.


• Project Management: Lead bidding and tendering projects, coordinate cross-functional resources, develop competitive strategies, and maximize the chances of winning projects.


• Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis of the regional market, gather information on competitors and customer needs, and develop and execute sales action plans accordingly.


• Payment Collection: Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant fields are preferred.


• 2+ years of sales experience in aerial work platforms (AWPs), aerial work vehicles, or similar equipment. Experience in overseas markets is preferred.


• Proficiency in English as a working language, with the ability to conduct business negotiations. Proficiency in the major local language(s) of the assigned market is a plus.


• Familiar with the full Lead-to-Cash (LTC) process, with the ability to independently manage and execute bidding/tendering projects.


• Strong customer segmentation and account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain a stable customer relationship network.


• Willingness and ability to work overseas on a long-term basis and travel frequently. The position follows a flexible working model.
