Two95 International Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a motivated engineer to provide after-sales support for AGV systems, including on-site installation, remote assistance, and fault diagnosis. You will train customers and prepare operation manuals while coordinating with HQ.
The role requires reading CAD drawings, basic electrical troubleshooting, and strong communication in Chinese and English, with willingness to travel internationally and work in diverse environments.
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt responses to customer fault reports, independently perform post-sales fault diagnosis and repair for AGV system hardware and software, and ensure timely restoration of equipment to normal operation.
Responsible for after-sales technical support for overseas projects, including online remote assistance and on-site emergency repairs; when necessary, provide on-site installation, commissioning, and testing of AGV systems to ensure proper equipment operation.
Provide technical support and address customer inquiries; prepare English-language training materials, including service reports and operation manuals, and conduct operations and maintenance training for customers.
Perform regular equipment maintenance and inspections to prevent potential issues;
Effectively manage branch-level spare parts and components, and coordinate with headquarters to ensure proper local spare parts management.
Collect customer feedback, propose improvements to products and services, and ensure timely reporting of on-site issues.
Ensure that all operations comply with local safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
A Junior College degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field, with familiarity in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AGV systems. Candidates with technical knowledge in sensor applications, network communications, and related fields are preferred; prior experience in the warehouse automation industry is a plus.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is required; additional foreign language skills (such as Spanish or German) will be considered an asset. Candidates holding relevant technical certifications (e.g., a local electrician’s license, automation system certifications) will be given priority.
Able to prepare technical reports, service records, and operation manuals, and to provide customers with technical training and guidance.
Able to read and understand basic circuit schematics and CAD drawings, and proficient in using instruments such as a multimeter.
Possesses strong communication skills, a solid team-working spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility; is down-to-earth and diligent, able to propose improvement suggestions to enhance product and service quality, and compliant with headquarters’ management.
Able to adapt to frequent international travel, possess the ability to work in diverse cultural environments, demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, and collaborate with multinational teams to coordinate and resolve issues.
