Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities within biogas and wastewater treatment markets. You will dive into opportunities, build partnerships, and tailor solutions for clients across our environmental technology portfolio.

You will lead sales initiatives, mentor the team, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery while developing marketing strategies to generate new leads and stay ahead of regulatory

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of biogas and WWTP industries; palm oil mill experience is a plus.
• Proven track record in closing sales and managing projects.
• Able to negotiate agreements and communicate effectively at all levels.
