Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a motivated Sales Executive/Sales Manager to expand our Aerial Work Platform business in Malaysia. You will drive business development, manage relationships, handle tenders, and meet sales and collection targets.

Responsibilities include new customer development, territory planning, tender coordination, market analysis, and end-to-end sales cycle management. Travel and overseas assignments may be required as the role grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of sales experience in AWP, construction equipment, heavy machinery, or related industries.
• Experience overseas sales is a plus.
• Business English proficiency for negotiations.
• Willingness to travel frequently and be based overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and maintain long-term relationships within the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Lead tender and bidding projects by coordinating internal resources and developing competitive strategies.
• Identify business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare and execute territory sales plans to drive business growth.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular market updates.
