Key responsibilities

• Outlet staff management and scheduling
• Outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering
• Outlet sales and profitability
• Direct potential customers into the restaurant
• Explain and promote products and offerings
• Welcome customers and greet every customer with enthusiasm
• Brew coffee or tea and serve drinks to customers
• Ensure every drink served to customers is made with passion and meets the highest quality standards by following the right SOP
• Explain all Tealive products clearly to customers and promote/upsell Tealive products at all times
• Clean and restock work and dining areas, empty trash, and sanitize equipment and utensils
