Job summary

Tealive is seeking an energetic outlet team member to help manage daily operations at our Kuala Lumpur location. You will supervise staff, handle scheduling, and assist in driving sales and profitability while delivering friendly customer service.

Responsibilities include cash handling, stock management, product explanation and upselling Tealive beverages. You will follow SOPs to ensure quality, cleanliness, and a welcoming dining environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food & beverage environment is preferred for supervisor roles.
• Must be able to work overtime and on weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage outlet staff and create work schedules.
• Control food costs, perform stock takes and place stock orders.
• Drive outlet sales and monitor profitability.
• Directly engage customers and promote Tealive offerings.
• Explain Tealive products clearly and upsell when possible.
• Handle daily cash reporting.
• Maintain clean dining areas and sanitize equipment.
• Prepare and serve beverages following SOP to ensure quality.

Job Scope :

Outlet staff management and scheduling

Outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering

Outlet sales and profitability

Direct potential customers into the restaurant

Explain and promote products and offerings

Daily cash reporting

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Brewing coffee or tea and serve the drinks to customers.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.

Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell Tealive products at all times.

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

For supervisor, have at least 1 year of prior experience in a food and beverage environment.

May work special events, as needed.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
