Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to lead a retail team at Lotus's Seremban Jaya. You will drive sales, manage a team, and oversee promotions while safeguarding the outlet’s bottom line.

The role requires Mandarin and English proficiency, retail experience, and the ability to work retail hours and public holidays. You will liaise with mall management for collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum SPM with proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Retail working experience and able to manage a team.
• Able to work on retail hours and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and profitability for the outlet.
• Provide direction and leadership to outlet executives and sales promoters.
• Develop and execute outlet promotions to increase sales revenue while protecting bottom line.
• Communicate effectively with individuals and teams; coach and give feedback.
• Motivate, recognise, empower and challenge the team daily.
• Plan manpower through monthly/weekly rosters and leave management.
• Oversee inventory to prevent stockouts and ensure accurate counts.
• Monitor sales floor to ensure excellent customer service.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Submit paperwork (OT, commissions) promptly.
• Carry out stock takes as per SOPs.
• Maintain relations with mall management for promotions and collabs.
