Job summary

Rainbow Distribution Sdn Bhd seeks a dynamic Outlet Supervisor in Johor to drive sales and profitability at a retail outlet. You will lead outlet executives and sales promoters, develop promotions, and ensure top-notch customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, Mandarin and English proficiency, and hands-on experience in retail with ability to manage a team and work retail hours including public holidays.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum SPM with proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Vibrant and outgoing candidate.
• Retail working experience and able to manage a team.
• Able to work on retail hours and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and profitability for the outlet.
• Provide direction and leadership to outlet executives, including sales promoters.
• Develop and approve outlet promotions to increase sales revenue while protecting bottom line.
• Conduct effective communication: coaching, feedback, counselling and conflict resolution.
• Motivate and empower the team on a daily basis.
• Plan manpower: rosters and leaves to maintain capacity.
• Responsible for inventory at the outlet and ensure stock accuracy.
• Monitor sales floor to deliver excellent customer service.
• Submit required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Participate in stock takes and liaise with mall management for promotions.
