Job summary

LSE Attrus Sdn Bhd is seeking an Outlet Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor to support daily outlet operations in a fast-paced F&B environment in Johor Bahru. You will help lead the team, uphold service standards, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across multiple brands.

The role requires 2-3 years of supervisory experience in F&B, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to work weekends and shifts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the F&B and hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and guide team members to maintain service standards and procedures.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle feedback or concerns professionally.
• Assist in staff scheduling, manpower coordination, and team Deployment.
• Monitor outlet cleanliness, food quality, and hygiene and safety compliance.
• Assist in inventory management, stock control, and ordering of supplies.
• Train and coach new team members to ensure consistency in service and operations.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the outlet are followed.
• Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
