Job summary

Soybean Factory Production Sdn Bhd is seeking an Outlet Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to lead daily outlet operations, manage the team, and ensure excellent customer experiences in our fast-growing F&B environment. You will schedule staff, drive sales, implement upselling strategies, and maintain food safety and SOP compliance while delivering results across shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Fluency in Malay and English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

• Customer-oriented with good sales and upselling abilities.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluent in Malay and English.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred but not compulsory.
