Job summary

Nasi Lemak Burung Hantu is seeking an Outlet Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to lead and motivate the outlet team, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent people management, and a flexible schedule to cover weekends and public holidays.

You will coordinate shifts, monitor stock, and act as the first point of contact for operational matters, reporting to management and HR.

• Leadership and people management experience in F&B or retail supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Responsible, organised and hands-on approach.
