The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Lucky Cup Coffee Café, ensuring smooth service, quality beverage preparation, and excellent customer experience. This role requires leadership skills, strong F&B knowledge, and the ability to drive both operational efficiency and sales performance. The Outlet Manager will also mentor and supervise baristas and service crew to maintain high standards of coffee craftsmanship and service.
Lead and manage the café team to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
Supervise daily café operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and outlet cleanliness.
Train, coach, and develop baristas and service staff to uphold company standards in coffee preparation and customer service.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Monitor and control operating costs, wastage, and stock levels.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Support marketing and promotional activities to increase outlet visibility and sales.
Report outlet performance, sales results, and operational issues to the Area Manager/Head Office.
Minimum Diploma in F&B Management, Hospitality, or related field
At least 2–3 years of experience in F&B, with 1 year in a managerial role (coffee chain experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, café operations, and customer service.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
