To supervise the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, achievement of sales targets, and compliance with company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Outlet Operations

• Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure the outlet is properly opened and closed according to company procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall outlet presentation.
• Ensure all company policies, SOPs, and operational standards are followed.

Staff Supervision

• Supervise, guide, and motivate outlet staff in their daily duties.
• Prepare and monitor staff duty rosters and manpower requirements.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and work performance.
• Conduct on-the-job training and provide guidance to new and existing employees.
• Address staff issues and escalat disciplinary matters to the Outlet Manager/Management when required.

Customer Service

• Ensure customers receive friendly, efficient, and professional service.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback appropriately.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales & Business Performance

• Monitor daily sales performance and work towards achieving outlet sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and operational performance.
• Monitor promotions and ensure they are properly implemented at the outlet.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational and sales reports when required.

Inventory & Cash Management

• Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient inventory for daily operations.
• Assist with stock receiving, stock counting, and inventory control.
• Minimize wastage, stock discrepancies, and unnecessary costs.
• Monitor cash handling and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products and equipment.
• Report any maintenance, safety, or operational issues to Management promptly.

Others

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving business and operational objectives.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
