Job summary

Hayyan Huda Opah Kitchen in Seremban is seeking a dynamic and responsible Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a fast-paced F&B team.

You will monitor sales, ensure food safety, train staff, and deliver outstanding customer service while driving outlet profitability, with collaboration on stock control, budgeting, and staff development and with opportunities for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Manage and supervise outlet staff including scheduling and task delegation
• Monitor sales performance and achieve outlet targets
• Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
• Manage inventory, stock ordering and supplier coordination
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company policies
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Prepare daily and monthly outlet reports for management
• Conduct staff briefing and training to improve team performance
• Work closely with management to improve outlet efficiency and profitability

Hayyan Huda Opah Kitchen is looking for a dynamic and responsible Outlet Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, manage staff performance and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be able to multitask and manage a team in a fast-paced F&B environment.
