Baiwei Minibowl Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will manage manpower planning, scheduling, and performance while ensuring product quality and service standards.

Travel within Klang Valley may be required; attractive incentives or benefits are available subject to company policy. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving business targets.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of managerial experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and inventory control.
• Ability to manage staff scheduling and monitor performance.
• Capable of handling operational challenges and customer feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage daily outlet operations for smooth performance.
• Lead, supervise, and schedule outlet staff including manpower planning.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, presentation, and availability.
• Monitor sales, inventory, wastage, and costs to meet targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct staff training and coach team members.
• Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with departments.
