Baiwei Minibowl Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced Outlet Operations Manager in Kuala Lumpur to oversee daily operations, lead a team, ensure quality, and meet targets. You will manage scheduling, performance, and customer service while upholding safety and SOPs.

The role requires 2–3 years of managerial F&B experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive efficiency in a fast-paced setting. Opportunity for career progression within the Klang Valley.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of managerial experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and inventory control.
• Ability to manage staff scheduling, monitor outlet performance, and control operating costs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational challenges effectively.
• Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, wastage, and operating costs to achieve business targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, hygiene requirements, and outlet operating standards.
• Conduct staff training, coach team members, and support employee development.
• Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
