Baiwei Minibowl Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will manage manpower planning, scheduling, and performance while ensuring product quality and service standards.

Travel within Klang Valley may be required; attractive incentives or benefits are available subject to company policy. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving business targets.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–3 years of managerial experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and inventory control.
• Ability to manage staff scheduling and monitor performance.
• Capable of handling operational challenges and customer feedback.

Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, wastage, and operating costs to achieve business targets

Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, hygiene requirements, and outlet operating standards

Conduct staff training, coach team members, and support employee development

Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations

About you

Minimum 2-3 years of managerial experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

Good understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and inventory control

Ability to manage staff scheduling, monitor outlet performance, and control operating costs

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational challenges effectively

Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to travel within the Klang Valley if required
