Job summary

Talentvis in Malaysia is seeking a passionate Outlet Manager to lead the outlet with pride. You will run the daily operations, manage an energetic team, and ensure guests depart with a smile.

Take charge of service and kitchen collaboration, train staff, monitor sales and costs, and handle guest concerns on the floor. This role requires shift work including evenings and holidays, with base salary up to RM 6,000 per month and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in F&B or hospitality in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service, table setups and team management.
• Comfort using Excel, Google Sheets or WhatsApp for reporting.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead front- and back-of-house teams with clear direction.
• Train staff on service, table settings, and basic pairings.
• Monitor daily sales, control costs, and manage inventory.
• Maintain floor presence and address guest concerns on the floor.
• Identify and solve operational issues independently.
