We are hiring two (2) Outlet Managers to oversee operations at our TTDI and KL City Centre outlets. As a hands-on operational leader, you will take full ownership of daily floor operations, team management, service excellence, guest satisfaction, and overall sales performance.
Oversee daily opening, closing, briefing procedures, and operational checklists.
Ensure strict adherence to service standards, food safety, hygiene, and outlet presentation.
Proactively resolve floor, equipment, and operational bottlenecks as they arise.
Maintain an active floor presence during key service periods to engage guests and ensure top-tier hospitality.
Manage guest complaints and service recovery professionally to build repeat clientele.
Drive upselling initiatives and ensure staff possess strong menu and product knowledge.
Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain food quality, consistency, and prompt ticket times.
Monitor portion control, reduce wastage, and assist in maintaining overall F&B cost controls.
Plan weekly staff rosters to match business volume and peak operational trading hours.
Lead, coach, and mentor service staff, conduct briefing sessions, and maintain team discipline.
Support onboarding, recruitment, and performance evaluations for team members.
Work towards achieving target outlet sales, operational KPIs, and cost-control metrics.
Handle maintenance reports, inventory checks, operational records, and management updates on time.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of F&B or hospitality experience, with proven supervisory or management experience in restaurant/lounge operations.
Leadership & Ownership: High accountability with strong problem-solving abilities and a hands‑on management style.
Operational Skills: Knowledge of restaurant SOPs, manpower rostering, cost control, and guest complaint resolution.
Availability: Flexible to work operational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Tech Literacy: Comfortable with basic numerical reporting, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
Salary: Basic RM 4,000 – RM 6,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
