Job summary

Kyochon Sdn. Bhd is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily operations in our Malaysia restaurant. You will oversee front and back-of-house activities, manage staff, control costs, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-casual atmosphere.

Responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, stock management, adherence to hygiene standards, and coordinating with HQ on promotions. Strong leadership and customer-service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in casual dining restaurant operations.
• Experience overseeing outlet operations, staff training, cost control, and labor planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Graduation with SPM or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
• Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.
• Coordinate with Headquarters on promotional events and other marketing related events.
• Coordinate operation for front and back of house during shifts.
• Managing and training staff and providing feedback.
• Responding to customer complaints.
• Ensuring uniforms standards are followed by all employees.
• Meeting and greeting customers and organising table reservations.
• Advising customers on menu and drink choice.
• Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
• Organising and supervising shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff.
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
• Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
• Preparing cash drawers and providing petty cash as required.
• Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.
