Job summary

AYAM GEPUK (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee restaurant operations, ensure excellent service, and drive sales profitability.

You will lead staff, monitor SOPs, food safety, inventory, and customer satisfaction, while preparing reports and supporting promotions.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the outlet, roster planning, payroll support, and ensuring FIFO inventory control to minimize wastage while achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Admin, F&B Management or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and operational best practices.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and staff performance to ensure service excellence.
• Ensure SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and company policies are followed.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer experience.
• Prepare rosters, train staff, and manage payroll support.
• Prepare operational reports and reconcile cash and sales.
