Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development abilities.
• Excellent budgeting, P&L, and cost-control skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages advantageous.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service.
• Manage budgeting, revenue targets and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
• Monitor inventory, stock control, and supplier liaison.
• Maintain outlet facilities and equipment.
• Develop strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues.
• Conduct performance reviews and coach team members.
• Report metrics and insights to senior management.
• Organise promotions and events to drive footfall and revenue.
