Job summary

Rakanda Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise staff, manage cash, inventory, and loss prevention, and implement operating procedures across the outlet.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to recruit and hire staff as needed. Prior supervisory experience in retail/operations is preferred.

• Control inventory stock levels and reordering within budget.
• Manage shrinkage and implement operation procedures across the outlet.
• Oversee and manage the entire operations team in the outlet and enforce procedures.

Job description

The Outlet Manager will be responsible for store level-support functions including customer service, scheduling day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

To demonstrates desired behaviors for staff including driving sales, handling difficult and/or complicated sales, cash management, inventory, and follow-up with customers.

To provide a strong leadership presence and control in store, while ensuring that all customers receive good service and quality merchandise.

To conduct hiring to the needs of the business, actively recruiting to ensure open positions are filled quickly.

To control inventory stock levels and reordering as necessary within budget.

To manage and controls shrinkage.

Oversee and manage the whole operation team in the outlet and implement operation procedure.

Requirements:

Highschool Diploma or equivalent
