Job summary

Rakanda Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee store-level operations, drive sales, manage cash processes, and ensure quality service in a fast-paced environment. You will lead the team, maintain store procedures, and coordinate daily schedules for the outlet.

Founded in 2009, Rakanda has grown to 25 outlets across Central Malaysia, supplying bakery ingredients, kitchenware, and packaging.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and handle difficult or complex sales.
• Cash management and daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain inventory and place reorders within budget.
• Control shrinkage and loss prevention measures.
• Lead and supervise the outlet's operations team and implement procedures.
• Conduct hiring to fill open positions quickly.

Job description

The Outlet Manager will be responsible for store level-support functions including customer service, scheduling day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back office support. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

To demonstrate desired behaviors for staff including driving sales, handling difficult or complicated sales, cash management, inventory, and follow-up with customers.

To provide a strong leadership presence and control in store, while ensuring that all customers receive good service and quality merchandise.

To conduct hiring to the needs of the business, actively recruiting to ensure open positions are filled quickly.

To control inventory stock levels and reordering as necessary within budget.

To manage and controls shrinkage.

Oversee and manage the whole operation team in the outlet and implement operation procedure.

Requirements:

Highschool Diploma or equivalent

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a related field (retail/operations), with prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
