Job summary

RAKAN is seeking a proactive Retail Support role to execute planograms across all outlets, assist in new outlet openings, and ensure displays meet SOP and branding standards. This full-time role is based at Pasaraya Rakan HQ Retail in Semenyih, Selangor, Malaysia.

You will generate simple reports on planogram and display status, support other display-related tasks, and travel to assigned outlets with your own transport. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Email).
• Must have own transport and a driving license.
• Willing to travel to assigned outlets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
