Job summary

Green Energy Automation Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development professional in Johor to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with factories, plant owners, and partners. You will work with engineers to tailor proposals, coordinate quotations, and drive sales targets in industrial automation and related services.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Automation or a related field.
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in outdoor sales, business development or industrial sales.
Experience selling industrial products, automation solutions, electrical services or maintenance services will be an advantage.
Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Willing to travel to customer sites and visit factories, plants and partners.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for automation and related services.
Visit factories and site owners to introduce products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with customers in manufacturing sectors.
Coordinate with engineers and sales support for quotations and proposals.
Follow up on enquiries and quotations to secure orders and achieve targets.
Promote maintenance contracts and system upgrades.
