Job summary

Green Energy Automation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Manager for Industrial Automation & Services in Johor. You will develop and execute business plans, identify and cultivate new customers in the food & beverage, edible oils and oleochemicals sectors, and coordinate with engineering to prepare proposals.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing and at least 5 years of B2B sales or BD experience in industrial automation.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
5+ years of relevant B2B sales or business development in industrial automation or similar industries.
Experience in developing new customers and converting opportunities to orders.
Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation or industrial electrical systems.
Commercial awareness including costing, gross profit and payment terms.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a business development plan for industrial automation and services.
Identify and develop new customers in F&B, edible oils and related sectors.
Visit customers and build relationships with engineering, maintenance and management staff.
Prepare practical proposals with clear scope and commercial terms.
Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts and account plans.
Coordinate handover of orders to engineering and operations; follow-up on payments.
