Rentokil Initial Kota Kinabalu is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (Outdoor) to expand the client base and strengthen relationships with existing customers. You will leverage strong sales skills and a proactive mindset to drive growth, manage proposals, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires hands-on client site visits, robust negotiation abilities, and the ability to work with various teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2C/B2B sales, or outdoor sales, ideally in service industries or hygiene.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Agile, resilient, and comfortable conducting on-site client visits.
• Proficient with modern systems and mobile sales tools to track KPIs.
• Driver's license and own transport for frequent client visits.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by meeting monthly/quarterly targets and proposing products/services at optimal pricing.
• Maintain market intelligence on trends, benchmarks and competitors to position Rentokil Initial's value.
• Actively prospect and develop a robust sales pipeline with market development initiatives.
• Conduct on-site inspections, deliver presentations and propose tailored solutions.
• Serve as primary contact for new accounts; resolve client queries per policy.
• Manage drafting proposals, service agreements and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service and Finance to ensure service delivery and collections.
• Support broader business with ad-hoc projects as needed.
