Job summary

The Chicken Factory Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to drive field-based growth and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in outdoor/field-based sales, ideally in F&B/FMCG
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing techniques
• Ability to work independently with a good schedule
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
• Valid driving licence and reliable transport
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Fluent in English and Malay preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers within assigned territories to generate opportunities
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through visits and follow-ups
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets
• Prepare sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on needs and competition
• Manage customer accounts and ensure excellent service delivery
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve goals
• Attend industry events and networking activities to expand connections
