Job summary

Rentokil Initial Ipoh is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive – Outdoor to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing accounts. You will drive revenue through proactive selling, conduct on-site inspections, and present tailored solutions while coordinating with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires a proven sales track record, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and mobility for frequent client visits.

Qualifications

Proven track record in B2C/B2B sales or outdoor sales.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills along with relationship-building abilities.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with field visits.

Responsibilities

Drive Revenue: achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Market Intelligence: monitor market trends and competitor movements.
Prospect Generation: develop a healthy sales pipeline and market initiatives.
Consultative Selling: conduct on-site inspections and client visits.
Customer Experience: be the primary contact for new accounts and resolve queries.
Sales Administration: draft proposals, execute service agreements, maintain records.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance.
Agility: support ad-hoc projects and urgent tasks.
