Rentokil Initial Ipoh is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive – Outdoor to grow revenues by targeting new and existing clients, and by delivering tailored pest control and hygiene solutions. You will conduct on-site visits, present proposals, and work with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth service delivery and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2C/B2B sales.
• Experience in service industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets with optimized pricing.
• Maintain market intelligence on trends and competitors.
• Prospect generation and pipeline development.
• Conduct on-site inspections, client visits, and tailored proposals.
• Serve as primary contact for new accounts and handle queries.
• Draft proposals, service agreements, and manage sales admin.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance.
• Stay flexible to assist with ad-hoc projects.
