Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in compensation, organization design, or analytical roles.
Strong understanding of job evaluation frameworks and salary benchmarking.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
Expertise in project management to handle multiple initiatives and solve problems.
High integrity and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.

Responsibilities

Conduct job evaluation and grading using established frameworks.
Design and maintain organizational structures, including spans and leveling analysis.
Provide HR analytics and reporting to support organizational design decisions.
Collaborate with HR functions and business lines on workforce planning and restructuring projects.
Perform salary benchmarking and interpret market survey data for competitive pay recommendations.
Assist in developing and updating salary structures, pay bands, and compensation policies.
Provide HR analytics and reporting to support compensation-related decisions.
Participate in annual salary review processes and compensation projects.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive compensation data.
Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by Management to support HR and business objectives.
